You will act as the primary client interface while providing strong leadership across engineering, supervision, commissioning and subcontractor teams\nWorking with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:\nPermanent full-time position.\nBe home every night while living and working locally.\nJoin a collaborative, safety-focused and high-performing team. \nWork closely with key clients and industry stakeholders. \nInfluence project outcomes and contribute to business growth. \nCompetitive salary package and long-term career opportunities.\nSafety and wellbeing at the forefront of our culture.\nKey Responsibilities will include:\nManage projects from planning through to execution and close-out.\nDevelop project schedules, resource plans and delivery strategies.\nLead project teams to achieve safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.\nManage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and financial performance. \nOversee procurement activities and subcontractor management.\nManage project risks, variations, contractual obligations and EOT claims. \nBuild and maintain strong client, contractor and stakeholder relationships. \nProvide leadership and technical oversight for electrical and commissioning activities. \nDrive continuous improvement, quality assurance and lessons learned initiatives. \nSupport tendering, estimating and future business opportunities.\nWhat you will bring\nStrong commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost control. \nExperience managing contracts, subcontractors and procurement activities. \nExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. \nProven experience delivering HV, substations or utility projects. \nStrong understanding of HV and LV electrical systems. \nExperience in project planning, scheduling and resource management. \nDemonstrated experience managing electrical infrastructure projects\nCertificate IV or Diploma in Project Management (desirable). \nElectrical trade or Electrical Engineering qualifications.\nWhite Card, CPR/Rescue qualifications and relevant network authorisations.\nFull Australia Working Rights.\nLife at Monadelphous\nThere’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
