As a Graduate, you will have:\nOpportunity to work on-site, gaining practical experience in project engineering.\nOngoing support from a Project Manager, Supervisor, and Graduate buddy.\nReceive ongoing development through structured Learning & Development modules, workshops, and courses.\nBenefit from regular catch-ups with the Graduate Team and the chance to network with peers at our annual Graduate Forum.\nDevelop leadership skills and contribute to real-world projects that drive innovation within the industry.\nThe opportunity to participate in a formal Graduate Mentoring Program.\nRotations through various business areas, to broaden your skills and explore different career paths regardless of whether your background is in Engineering or Construction Management.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.\nManage sub-contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.\nAssist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.\nSupport all phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, and HSE compliance.\nCollaborate with the Operational team to ensure a team-oriented approach to project delivery.\nManage project scope, schedule, and budgets as required, ensuring effective execution.\nWhat you’ll bring:\nAustralian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency or suitable Visa with working rights.\nMust be studying or have completed an Undergraduate Engineering degree (Bachelors) in Australia or New Zealand.\nMust be Mechanical or Civil Specialisation. \nAbility to work on a FIFO or DIDO from Perth.\nPrevious work experience within your chosen field through internships or equivalent is highly desirable.\nA passion for the work we do and the desire to do real hands-on work in the field\nLife at Monadelphous\nThere’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
