This is a great opportunity to work with a leading company in the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors, working rotating days and nights as part of a supportive and experienced team.\nWorking with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:\nOpportunities to work on major projects with a leading industry contractor\nMonday to Friday work\nStrong focus on safety, training and career development\nSupportive and inclusive team environment\nKey responsibilities of the role include:\nSafely operating Franna cranes to lift, move and position materials and equipment\nConducting pre-start inspections and routine checks of crane equipment\nSafely setting up and operating cranes in accordance with lift plans, site procedures and manufacturer requirements\nWorking closely with riggers, doggers, supervisors and other site personnel to safely execute lifting activities\nEnsuring all lifting operations are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements\nIdentifying and reporting any equipment defects, hazards or safety concerns\nMaintaining crane, tools and equipment in a safe and serviceable condition\nCompleting relevant documentation, pre-starts and safety requirements\nFollowing all company, client and site safety procedures\nWhat you’ll bring:\nCurrent High Risk Work Licence - CN (Non-Slewing Mobile Crane)\nDemonstrated experience operating Franna cranes in a resources, construction or industrial environment\nPrevious experience working around fixed plant and heavy equipment is highly regarded\nCurrent White Card\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong commitment to safety\nValid Australian Driver’s Licence\nProof of right to work in Australia\nLocal to the Gladstone region\nLife at Monadelphous\nThere’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
