This is a non-exempt, hourly role reporting to the Business Operations Director.\nSchedule: Part-time - Fridays and Saturdays (8:00am-4:00pm)\nSalary Range: $16.00 - $17.00 Hourly\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nAnswers and screens all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner \nReceives and processes mail for the community \nMaintains and updates log of emergency phone numbers and resident emergency face sheets \nMonitors security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front door security \nOrders and maintains appropriate office supplies \nAssists the Business Operations Director in administrative tasks as assigned \nParticipates in and attends all in-service training as scheduled \nEnsures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures \nOther duties as assigned \n High school diploma preferred \nStrong interpersonal skills and capable of relating to a variety of people and personalities \nExperience working with the senior population \nProficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications \nPhysical Abilities:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell. \nAn individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 25 lbs.
