Hourly.\nStart Date: ASAP\nHeadcount: 2\nWork setup: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm ET\nSalary: $21 - 24/hr\nTake an inside look at what you will do each day:\nResponsible for implementing treatment plans based on best practices.\nUses systematic methods and behavioural strategies to support client in changing their behaviour\nContributes to the development of ABA programs established by the BCBA to teach and reinforce a variety of skills for children and youth in a 1:1 and/or small group setting\nUnderstand the functions of behavior and responding appropriately and safely when situations arise\nAdhere to all ABA training, procedures and protocols\nAbility to adapt to changing conditions and/or routine and provide creative solutions\nResponsible for creating a positive and engaging environment for the client\nResponsible for maintaining the well-being and safety of the client while under their care\nResponsible to track client progress through the collection of data and graphing while keeping clients engaged\nAssists in conducting baseline measurements and other indirect measures as instructed by the Lead Therapist/BCaBA/BCBA\nResponsible to complete incident report in Microsoft Teams as per regional requirements within 24 hours of an incident\nPrepares teaching materials and organizes teaching environment\nDocuments/records exceptional circumstances, completes ABC logs, and tracks multiple behaviours\nOrganize and maintain program binders foreach client to include documentation, data collection, and individual files\nMaintains workspace organization and cleanliness\nSupport clients with personal care tasks such as dressing, toileting, and eating\nResponsible for completing indirect work under the direction of the clinician in the appropriate time allotted and framework expected.\nHere is what you will need to be successful\nDiploma or degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Early Childhood Education (ECE), Educational Assistant (EA), Child and Youth Care, or another related field. \nExperience working with groups of children in a classroom, childcare, camp, therapeutic, or educational setting. \n Passion for creating engaging, play-based learning opportunities through crafts, songs, games, movement activities, and structured academic programming. \nExperience supporting the development of communication, social, play, self-regulation, and school readiness skills. \nAbility to plan, prepare, and adapt activities to meet the diverse learning and behavioural needs of children. \nStrong classroom management skills with the ability to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. \nFlexible and adaptable to shifting clinical and operational priorities. \nSupports both direct client programming and indirect classroom/clinic responsibilities (e.g., materials preparation, classroom organization, data collection, and documentation). \nDemonstrates strong accountability, reliability, and follow-through in both independent and collaborative team environments. \nExperience implementing ABA principles and behaviour support strategies is required; experience working under the supervision of a Behaviour Analyst is considered an asset\nWhat can Monarch House offer you\nWe are proud of our friendly environment, supportive leadership and the knowledgeable team members who make it all possible.
