In this hands-on role, you will perform mechanical, electrical, and basic optical assembly using work instructions, schematics, drawings, and established processes.\nThe Manufacturing Technician is expected to work with limited direction, primarily in a clean room environment, identify and communicate build issues, and provide feedback to improve work instructions, schematics, and manufacturing processes for future builds.\nKey Responsibilities\nStation Assembly: Assemble and integrate robotic alignment stations, subassemblies, and mechanical systems according to approved work instructions, drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures. \nComponent Integration: Install, mount, route, connect, and verify mechanical, electrical, and basic optical components in accordance with technical documentation. \nIndependent Execution: Complete assigned assembly and integration activities with limited supervision while maintaining quality and schedule requirements. \nQuality & Verification: Inspect materials and completed work throughout the build process and verify assemblies meet documented requirements. \nTroubleshooting & Issue Identification: Identify assembly problems, documentation discrepancies, fit or routing issues, and other manufacturing concerns; work with engineering and team leads to resolve issues. \nDocumentation Feedback: Provide practical feedback and redlines to work instructions, schematics, drawings, and assembly documentation to improve clarity, accuracy, and repeatability for future builds. \nContinuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned from builds and recommend improvements to manufacturing and assembly processes. \nWorkplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and follow applicable safety and cleanliness requirements. \n.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nThis position requires access to export-controlled information.
