In this role, you'll own how we measure the product and how we learn from it by setting the bar for experimental rigor, investigating user behavior to find what actually drives conversion and retention, and running our experimentation loop end to end. You will partner closely with peers on the data team and work with growth, product, and engineering teams, playing a crucial role in enabling us to make data-driven decisions.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOwn A/B test design and analysis and partner with product managers on conclusions and recommendations\n\nPartner with the growth team across the full experimentation loop from generating and prioritizing ideas, sizing the opportunity, designing and analyzing the experiment, and folding learnings into the next round\n\nAnalyze user behavior and dive into anomalies to understand changes in the business\n\nPartner with product and engineering teams on upcoming feature launches, defining the measurement approach and success metrics, and ensuring tracking events are in place\n\nProvide data and insight into business decisions and share results with broader company and leadership team\n\nAutomate recurring workflows without sacrificing insight quality\n\nBuild new datasets and pipelines while also helping to maintain/update our existing data infrastructure\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nAt least 4 years in a product analyst (or similar) role, preferably at a growth stage company\n\nAdvanced knowledge of statistical methodologies for A/B testing including designing experiments and analyzing their results\n\nYou are naturally curious and comfortable with ambiguity. You think through the tradeoffs of speed and accuracy and can make recommendations on the best approach to solving a problem\n\nYou can work with both technical and non-technical partners and translate requirements into actionable steps. You can comfortably explain technical topics and roadblocks to non-technical partners.\n\nExpert level SQL - you are comfortable not just with selecting data but with creating new tables, advanced features like window functions, and writing clear and succinct code\n\nExperience across a modern analytics stack.
