Training at Monarch will include but is not limited to New Employee Orientation, First Aid/CPR/AED, and Safety Care/Getting it Right within our designated service area (West, Central, East). Trainer certification opportunities are a part of this position.What You'll Do:\nOrienting new employees to Monarch during their onboarding week.\n\nFacilitate structured learning experiences and monitor results for continuous improvement.\n\nIdentify additional training opportunities by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.\n\nTrain both on-site and in online environments.\n\nMaintain records of training and development activities, attendance, certificates, etc.\n\nCoordinate and secure training locations, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.\n\nDemonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies, and procedures.\n\nDriving and travel will be required, including periodic scheduled overnight trips/weekend training with advanced notice.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office products.\n\nAdministrative tasks as needed.\n\nBenefits:\nWe offer a competitive and flexible total rewards package designed to support the diverse needs of our team members.
