The equity manager is a critical member of the finance team in leading and scaling monday.com stock administration function. This role is responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration of monday.com global equity plans.\nAbout the Role\nPrepare monthly recurring and custom reports and reconciliations to ensure complete and accurate tracking of equity transactions.\n\nEnsure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements, including all equity related filings.\n\nPartner with Corporate Legal and the designated broker to manage and track 10b5-1 plans.\n\nAssist in the preparation of presentations to the Compensation Committee related to the equity pool and proposed equity grants and modifications.\n\nAssist with employee’s questions and resolve any issues regarding their awards.\n\nEnsure the completeness and accuracy of SOX controls for stock-based compensation.\n\nMaintain policies and procedures related to global equity compliance and ensure compliance with internal controls.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of relevant experience in administration of global equity plans.\n\nStrong working knowledge of equity plans and various equity award types.\n\nAbility to function in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.\n\nAn effective communicator with a variety of levels of internal employees, business partners, etc.\n\nStrong analytic and problem-solving abilities, able to research complex global equity issues.\n\nCPA with hands-on equity administration experience is an advantage\n\nWhatmonday.com can offer you:\nJoin a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate -
