You will build deep expertise in HRIS systems and become a trusted owner of our core HR technology infrastructure.\nResponsibilities:\nData Management & Configuration (Approximately 70% of your time)\nPrepare, validate, and upload employee data into HRIS systems and related tools, proactively troubleshooting and resolving data quality issues in collaboration with HR and IT teams.\n\nConfigure and maintain HRIS modules by setting up workflows, approvals, permissions, and business rules. Support and document new modules as they are introduced, ensuring system hygiene and up-to-date documentation.\n\nProject Support (Approximately 30% of your time)\nAssist with the rollout and integration of new HRIS modules and related systems. Participate in testing, documentation, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth implementation.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues, taking ownership of system debugging and problem-solving.
