As a Senior Solution Engineer at monday, you'll own the technical win on our largest and most complex enterprise opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Y ou'll combine deep product knowledge with architecture expertise: designing how monday fits into a customer's system landscape and ways of working.\nPlease note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Melbourne office.\nYou will own the technical win on large, complex enterprise opportunities across ANZ\n\nLead the technical elements of a deal with a CTO of the deal mentality to map\n\nprospects' business processes, system landscape and decision criteria\n\nBuild and deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept across work management,\n\nCRM and service, including monday's AI agents, and vibe apps\n\nLead technical response's to RFPs and government tenders, along with leading\n\nsecurity & compliance reviews\n\nEstablish reference architectures, integration specs, pre-configured solution packages\n\nand best practices for the team\n\nFeed field insight back to Product and R&D, and be clear with customers about what\n\nthe platform can and can't do\n\nRequirements\n7+ years in Pre Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture or similar roles in a SaaS environment\n\nStrong understanding of project management, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value\n\nExcellent presentation and demonstration skills with a focus on engaging storytelling\n\nAbility to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems navigating ambiguity\n\nExperience working across a range of industries with the ability to understand the current landscape and typical challenges and opportunities.\n\nProven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving technical sales processes.\n\nExperience designing AI agent, Vibe applications or LLM-based workflows -
