You’ll play a critical role in developing custom solutions to showcase the \"art of the possible\" for strategic customers needing functionality that goes beyond the native monday.com offering. These custom solutions will leverage monday.com 's API and App Development framework to create custom workflow automations, UI views, and more. This is a customer-facing role that requires aptitude across our four main pillars of engagement: Discovery, Design/Proposal, Development, and Presentation.\nIf you thrive at the intersection of engineering, product thinking, and customer collaboration, this role is for you.\nPlease note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.\nAbout The Role\nPartner closely with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives to unblock strategic deals, renewals, expansions, and technical proof-of-concepts\n\nLead deep technical and business discovery with customers to understand the requirements and use case through in-depth discovery sessions with customers\n\nTranslate customer pain points into clearly scoped, high-impact technical designs\n\nBuild and deploy production-grade custom solutions using monday.com ’s app framework, APIs, SDKs, and automation tools\n\nDevelop full-stack solutions (front-end, back-end, integrations, and hosting) with exposure to all aspects of delivery, including deployment and DevOps considerations\n\nResolve bugs and provide ongoing support/iteration for live custom solutions active in the service environment\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on project engagements typically ranging between 2-6 weeks in duration.\n\nRequirements\nExperience leading hands-on projects from A to Z in a production environment, preferably client-facing\n\n3+ years of professional experience building web applications from scratch using TypeScript/Node.js/React\n\nPrevious experience in Full-stack development\n\nClient-centric understanding and passion for building software that provides a great experience\n\nWillingness to work independently and learn new skills\n\nTeam player, strong communication skills, empathetic, someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment\n\nFocus on quality and simplicity\n\nAdvantages:\nAWS, GraphQL, Serverless, K8s, CI/CD, GenAI, SQL/NoSQL database technologies,\n\nWhatmonday.com can offer you:\nJoin a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are how we actually operate -
