We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead the recruiting lifecycle.\nPlease note, this role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in our NYC office.\nYou’ll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process, have a deep understanding of business plans and strategy, partner with business leadership, profile the best candidates, develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage talents, build the most effective hiring process with an exceptional candidate experience, and take part in designing monday.com future culture.\nManage E2E hiring processes\n\nPartner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs\n\nDesign job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements\n\nPlan and initiate recruitment workflow (including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews)\n\nSource using diverse channels to attract the best talent\n\nBuild and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets\n\nMake our candidate experience a team-wide priority\n\nThink outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources\n\nThink and act in a data driven approach to identify bottlenecks and constantly improve our recruitment processes.\n\n2+ years of recruiting experience in tech (either as an internal recruiter or at a staffing agency)\n\nProven track record of success owning the entire recruiting process\n\nExperience sourcing and attracting talent\n\nExperience managing multiple requisitions and determining priorities\n\nExperience collaborating with team members and hiring managers in various locations globally\n\nAbility to conduct different types of interviews (structured, behavioral)\n\nHands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, culture add, reference check, etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS)\n\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills\n\nStrong decision-making skills and a positive attitude\n\nAs the HR team, the people are the foundation of everything we do. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including education, training, experience, business needs, and work location. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for either an annual discretionary bonus or a role-based, sales incentive plan. Certain roles may also include equity in the form of RSUs.
