You will be part of a multi-disciplinary squad designing and delivering the intelligent systems that turn raw market data into decision-ready recommendations for stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams.\nThe team needs engineers across several disciplines - full stack development, AI/ML engineering, and data engineering - and each successful candidate will specialise in one or more of these areas while contributing to the platform end-to-end.\nKey Responsibilities\n Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that ingest, transform, and serve market and business data using Python, Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark), and AWS services.\n Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based workflows, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.\n Build and ship full stack applications (APIs, backend services, and front-end interfaces) that surface AI-generated insights to business users - using Python, React/Next.js, and cloud-native services.\nImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and applications to ensure reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency in production.\nCollaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, user stories, and working software.\n Contribute to platform architecture decisions, including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), containerisation (Docker), and CI/CD practices.\nWrite clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing across the team.\nWe Are Looking For Candidates With\nStrong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade applications or pipelines.\n Experience with one (or more) of the following disciplines: full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering - with a willingness to broaden across the other s.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and familiarity with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).\nExposure to LLMs and generative AI - model integration, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or agent-based architectures.\nFamiliarity with modern web frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js) and API design (REST, GraphQL).\nUnderstanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and working with structured and unstructured data at scale.\n Solid fundamentals in software engineering: version control (Git), testing, CI/CD, containerisation (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).\nGood communication skills, able to work in a cross-functional team and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.\nIntellectual curiosity and a bias for learning, staying current with the fast-moving AI/ML landscape.\nNice to Have\nExperience with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).\nFamiliarity with the Databricks ecosystem (MLflow, Feature Store, Genie).\nExposure to NLP or multimodal AI.\nExperience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).\nKnowledge of security best practices in cloud and AI infrastructure.\nPrior experience in a CPG/FMCG environment or working with syndicated market data (Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Kantar).\n\nNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit Summary\nAt Mondelēz International, our purpose is to empower people to snack right by offering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way.
