It provides the flexibility and capability of accomplishing both roles at various timesthroughoutthe yearbased on needs.\nResponsibilities and duties:\nEnsuring compliance with procedures and conducting regular safety checks on warehouse equipment to always prioritize safety.\n\nCompletes daily field service activities, including preparing customer invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.\n\nPerforms all duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.\n\nCoordinate with retail customersandreceivingpersonnel in delivery areas;communicate customer needs to our customer service team.\n\nParticipating in warehouse activities, including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, andmaintainingwarehouse organization.\n\nWork in warehousing, performing order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.\n\nEnsure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of your equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to always guarantee safety.\n\nAccurately assemble and loadproductson delivery trucksin a timely manner.\n\nMaintainan accuraterunning inventory.\n\nAdhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products.\n\nJob Specific Requirements:\nAll applicants must meet all requirements set forth in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Final Rule regarding the issuance and renewal of Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs).\nMust have a CDL-Class Alicenseandhaveat least one year of proven safe driving experience.(Adjusted to the license requested to the role)\n\nHave a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.\n\nCapable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to handle various physical activities like lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling.\n\nCapable of passing requirements forrelevant licenses tooperateequipment.\n\nStrong adaptability to take on diverse responsibilities and perform other assigned duties.\n\nPreferred direct store delivery experience (DSD).\n\nExperience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks is a plus.\n\nYou must successfully pass our drug test, MVR, and background check.\n\nFMCSA's Clearinghouse Registrationrequired. Link to get started provided:FMSCA.\n\nWhat You'll Need as a Driver CDL/Warehouse Associate:\nFollowing schedules and instructions from the Route Manager or Dispatch for efficient operations.\n\nRecording, reporting, and returning defective items as per company policy.\n\nAccepting, verifying, inspecting, and recording all deliveries and shipments.\n\nAdhering to safety and quality checks to protect coworkers, staff, the community, and our products.\n\nAccurately assembling and loadingproductson delivery trucks following standard procedures.\n\nUtilizing a smart phone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions drivingtimes andproficiently using a scanner for deliveries.\n\nBeing flexible with daily changing routes and working times.\n\nWillingness to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.\n\n#ushourly\n\nSalary and Benefits:\n\nPay Rate: Starting at $27.85/hour, increasing to $29.85/hour upon successful completion of probation.
