Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor.\nMore about this role\n Platform Management: Support daily operations on key ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.), including product listing, content updates, and store maintenance.\n Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing online promotional campaigns, mega sales events (e.g., 6.6, 7.7, 11.11), and brand activations.\n Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key ecommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.\nContent & Digital Assets: Coordinate with creative teams to develop product images, E-content, banners, and video assets for online stores.\nCompetitive Analysis: Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends across ecommerce platforms.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure seamless online execution.\nAd Hoc Projects: Support the team on various digital commerce initiatives and special projects as needed\nJob specific requirements:\nFinal-year university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields.\nStrong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and the FMCG industry.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with data tools is a plus.\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail.\nPro-active, self-motivated, and eager to learn.\nGood communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.\nExperience with ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) as a seller or shopper is a plus.\n\nNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit Summary\nMondelēz International in Southeast Asia is in five countries serving 19 markets with more than 18 nationalities and 7,500 employees.
