We're looking for a commercially sharp, digitally driven eCommerce Development Manager to accelerate our online growth across Australia's biggest retail and emerging commerce platforms.\nThe Role\nReporting to the DCommerce & Media Lead ANZ, you'll own the performance and optimisation of our eCommerce channels end-to-end. That means driving the flywheel - search, content, activation, assortment, availability across Coles, Woolworths, Amazon, Uber Eats, DoorDash and beyond.\nThis isn't a support role. You'll have genuine ownership, real P&L influence and a direct line to commercial impact. You'll partner across Sales, Category, Marketing, CX and agency teams to turn data into action and action into growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn eCommerce trading performance across major retailers and Quick Commerce partners\nLead digital shelf analytics and reporting - spot gaps, seize opportunities, drive corrective action\nManage retail media with Cartology, Coles 360 and emerging partners - own the ROI story\nBuild and execute our Amazon strategy including 1P vendor portfolio management\nLead Quick Commerce partnerships - strategy, campaigns and incremental growth\nOptimise content with CX to lift conversion and engagement across every touchpoint\nTranslate consumer, shopper and market data into sharp, actionable commercial plans\nIdentify and onboard new channels (Pureplay, D2C) to expand our digital footprint\nLead and develop a small, high-performing eCommerce team\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years in FMCG/CPG commercial roles (Sales, Category, Account Management) with 2+ years in a dedicated eCommerce role\nHands-on experience with digital shelf tools (CIQ/NIQ, Nielsen, IRI, Quantium Checkout, Homescan)\nRetail media activation experience (Cartology, Coles 360)\nQuick Commerce strategy and campaign management (Uber Eats, DoorDash)\nSEO / digital shelf search bidding (e.g. Citrus)\nAmazon 1P vendor management experience (preferred)\nStrong commercial acumen - you see where we're falling short and where the growth is\nThe ability to influence cross-functionally and present insights that move people to act\n\nNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit Summary\nAt Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
