Make It Possible.\nThe Logistics Import/Export Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end import and export planning operations at MDLZ Malaysia. This role ensures seamless fulfilment through proactive vendor management, cost oversight, and stakeholder coordination. This role will handle reporting and required to ensure alignment with both internal and external stakeholders on inventory levels, shipment schedules, capacity and operation planning.\nHow you will contribute\nYou will:\n1. Cost Analysis - MITI Application Management\nManage and coordinate cost analysis submissions to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.\n2. Shipping Documentation Verification\nReview and verify import/export documentation including K1 draft confirmation and related customs documents. Follow up with the sourcing team to support 3PL for documentation updates as required\n3. Finished Goods (FG) Import/Export Management\nSupport smooth end-to-end execution through to delivery. Monitor all inbound/outbound shipments and obtain timely clearance updates from logistics vendors.\nGovern all export bookings, ensuring sufficient stock levels and optimised container utilisation.\nOversee the timely preparation of all export documentation by the 3PL provider.\n4. Raw Material / Packaging Material (RM/PM) Import\nMonitor all inbound shipments and obtain timely clearance updates from logistics vendors.\nCollaborate with key stakeholders including suppliers, planners, and 3PL partners to manage RM/PM import activities, ensuring full end-to-end process adherence and on-time delivery.\n5. Reporting\nConsolidate and distribute regular reporting on all import and export activities, providing accurate and timely data to support management decision-making and stakeholder visibility\nRequirements:\nCommunication Skills - Strong written and verbal communication; able to articulate ideas clearly and present findings to stakeholders at various levels\nImport/Export Knowledge - Solid understanding of warehouse processes, customs clearance procedures, and import/export regulatory requirements.\nExcel Proficiency - Fundamental Excel skills including pivot tables, formula construction, and data summarization for operational reporting and analysis.\nAttention to Detail - Strong commitment to data accuracy and quality in all deliverables\nAdaptability & Resilience - Ability to work under pressure with strong timeline awareness; flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced logistics environment\nPrior hands-on experience in import/export operations, logistics coordination, or warehouse management.\nIndustry experience in FMCG or consumer goods (open to other industries)\nFamiliarity with carrier/liner portals & SAP\nExperience in managing 3PL\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in import/export, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics\n\nNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit Summary\nMondelēz International in Southeast Asia is in five countries serving 19 markets with more than 18 nationalities and 7,500 employees.
