Make It Possible\nYou will participate in the daily activities of our warehouses in a safe way, including activities such as truck unloading, putting away, storing, picking, truck loading, stock counting.\nHow you will contribute\nYou will:\nWork in the warehousing, order picking, palletizing, loading and unloading delivery trucks\nAdhere to all safety and quality checks and specified rules\nAssemble and load product on delivery trucks accurately and in a timely manner\nLoad product pallets following standard operating procedures in accordance with the daily delivery schedule\nWhat you will bring\nA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:\nAbility to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced work environment and capable of the defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.).\nForklift experience preferred\nHave or be able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment\nAble to Lift a minimum of 50 lbs./25kg\nMore about this role\nWhat you need to know about this position:\nCycle Count the warehouse wall-to-wall on a monthly basis\n\nGenerate physical inventory documents through EWM and perform physical counts;\nEnter the count results into EWM;\nGenerate and perform any cycle count as a result of picking shortage, returns or as requested;\nInvestigate all findings with respect to inventory discrepancies;\nPerform empty bin reports\nCorrect any issues with respect to findings on empty bin reports\nChep Pallets\nDaily count of Chep pallet stock;\nPlacing order for Chep pallets as requested;\nInbound Chep loads results entered into Chep KPI scorecard;\nPlace the Edmonton chep loads using the chep system portals and and record on tracker\nInventory Control\nManage the flow of goods from Inbound, staging and put away.\nResolve any inventory issue arising during the above process.\nCarry out the positive hold and release quality program effectively and efficiently.\nOpen and follow up on any IT (Quality & Inventory) ticket opened.\nAid in supporting & managing the overall warehouse operations.\nAssist in cross functioning whenever needed. (Back up coverage)\nGenerate inventory reports daily and whenever necessary.\nTo aid any other business need arising for quality and inventory purposes.\nExperience/ Skills\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills\nKnowledge of inventory, customer service, transportation, warehousing\nExcellent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office\nPreferable experience in SAP/EWM.\nRelationships\nInternal:\nWork closely with the Inventory Team and Warehouse Supervisors\nExternal:\nChep Team\nRepackers (with respect to Chep)\nPhysical Effort\nNormally requires a moderate level of physical effort in bending;\nHigh level of data entry\nWorking Conditions\nGenerally, works in a warehouse environment and is required to wear safety shoes/vest/glasses. Colleague will also work an office environment generating counts, required paperwork for auditing and within the Chep system.\nEducation / Certifications: Bachelors degree and atleast 2 years in supply chain and warehouse experience, SAP knowledge is preferred. MS Office knowledge as well\nWork schedule: Mon to Fri with Sat as required. Time would be 8 to 4.30 PM with occasional over time required as per business need.\nSalary and Benefits:\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $50 200 to $62 750 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
