Make It With Pride.\nYou plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.\nHow you will contribute\nTo ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. You will bring experience and knowledge in:\nProject management skills\nLeading to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders\nSenior-level technical expertise across engineering disciplines\nThis is a one year fixed term contract opportunity.\nWhat you will bring\nEgineering and operations experience\n2 - 5 years of capital project management\nLeading to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influencing key stakeholders\nTechnical expertise across engineering disciplines and high expertise in one or more domains\nElectrical and controls experience would be considered an asset.\nWhat extra ingredients you will bring:\nStrong CapEx Project Management Experience\nB.S - Engineering\nP.Eng license (or working towards) preferred\nFood Manufacturing experience preferred\nKnowledge of local regulations, codes and standards as applicable\nCertifications relevant to project management are considered advantageous\nJob specific requirements:\n2 - 5+ years project management experience is required on small to medium scale CAPEX projects.\nExperience leading and leveraging cross functional project teams to drive project outcomes is essential.\nDemonstrated success in the project management cycle.\nDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and situational changes. \nTravel requirements:\nInfrequent travel as required (e.g. for vendor site visits, factory acceptance tests)\nWork schedule:\n37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, reporting to the East York Bakery Ontario, Canada. (On-site with infrequent remote work acceptible)\nOccasional flexibility in work times may be required (e.g. interacting with OEMs in different time zones, supervising off shift/weekend/holiday installations)\n\nSalary and Benefits:\n\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $84,500 to $105,600 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
