Make It With Pride.\nAs a Warehouse Associate you will participate in the daily activities of our warehouses in a safe way, including but not limited to activities such as truck unloading, putting away, picking, truck loading, stock counting, processing orders, accepting incoming shipments, and participate in the general organization of the warehouse.\nResponsibilities and duties:\nParticipating in warehouse activities, including truck unloading, stock counting, order processing, and maintaining warehouse organization. \nEnsuring compliance with procedures and conducting regular safety checks on warehouse equipment to always prioritize safety. \nAccurately assemble and load products on delivery trucks in a timely manner. \nWork in warehousing, performing order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading delivery trucks. \nMaintain an accurate running inventory. \nRecord, report, and return defective ítems from previous deliveries. \nAccept, verify, inspect, and record all incoming deliveries and shipments following company policy. \nAdhere to safety and quality checks to protect staff and products. \nJob Specific Requirements:\nCapable of performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment and utilizing a Warehouse Management System (SAP EWM).\nProficient in various physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum of 50 lbs./25kg).\nPreferably, have experience with forklifts and/or pallet jacks.\nPossess or able to obtain relevant licenses to operate equipment.\nWillingness to take on other related duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Need as a Warehouse Associate:\nFollowing schedules and instructions from the Foreman or Supervisor for efficient operations. \nWillingness to be flexible with schedules based on customer demands. \nHaving a general understanding of warehouse operations and practices. \nAbility to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures. \n\nSalary and Benefits:\n\nHourly payrate: $24.00/hour\nThe position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
