With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will bring experience and knowledge in:\nOperating machines with coaching\nSafety and quality standards for operating machines\nReading and writing, and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site\nCollaborating well in a diverse work environment\nMore about this role\nScope & Accountabilities\nOperating all wrapping machines including multiponds, labellers and box line equipment\nCleaning and making minor machine adjustments such as change overs, date codes, film, tension, speed and temperature\nGeneral cleaning of wrapping machines\nRelieving other positions and performing additional duties as assigned\nYou will adhere strictly to the job SOP’s (WI’s)\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMUST HAVES:\nq Must be able to operate/run at least 3 packaging machines\nq Have a good understanding of computerized/mechanical equipment\nq Be physically fit as lifting is involved\nASSETS:\nAssessed (I, L) in last two (2) years for this position\nBasic English and Math skills\nNew Hire Orientation\nQA Orientation\nEducation / Certifications:\nHigh School Diploma required \nWork schedule:\nContinental shift \n\nSalary and Benefits:\n\nThe expected annualized salary range for this position is $50,669.00 to $69,296.00 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
