Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need to reduce additional capacity\nWork with our service providers to ensure the delivery of our trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into account quality and HACCP guidelines\nMonitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities\nConduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management\nBuild and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities\nWhat you will bring\nA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:\nExperience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with excel\nEnjoys team work\nExperience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset\nAnalytical thinking\nGood knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.\nMore about this role\nWhat you need to know about this position:\nExperience Level: 2-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.\nLeadership & Team Management: Proven leadership experience managing direct warehouse teams, including full-cycle attendance management, payroll oversight, PTO approval, hiring, and termination processes.\n Industry Experience: Background in FMCG / CPG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods / Consumer Packaged Goods) is a strong advantage.\nWhat extra ingredients you will bring:\nHands-on equipment experience with Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks is preferred.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle end-of-quarter volume spikes seamlessly.\nEducation / Certifications:\nHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.\nJob specific requirements:\nProficiency with enterprise tools: SAP ERP, EWM, and S/4HANA experience is highly preferred.\nSolid background in hands-on inventory tracking, system-to-physical reconciliation, and shift team supervision.\nTravel requirements:\nNegligible\nWork schedule:\nStarts at 5:00 AM and runs until daily operational tasks are completed.\nOccasional Saturday working required typically once a month\nExtending shifts based on operational demand during quarter-end closing periods.\n\nSalary and Benefits:\n\nThe base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
