The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the steam plant, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with environmental regulations.\nOperate and monitor steam plant equipment including boilers, turbines, and auxiliary systems.\nPerform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.\nTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.\nMaintain accurate logs and records of plant operations and maintenance activities.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.\nAssist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and efficiency.\nCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless plant operations and address any issues that arise.\nYour profile:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
