You'll lead the evolution of our learning ecosystem, ensuring learning becomes a strategic business enabler that develops critical capabilities, supports organisational transformation and creates exceptional employee learning experiences.\nReporting to the Head of Talent & D&I, working closely with senior business leaders, HR, Talent and Functional Academies, you'll help shape how learning, skills, leadership development and career architecture come together to prepare Mondi for the future.\nYour Mission:\nDefine and deliver Mondi's global learning transformation strategy aligned with our People Strategy.\n\nEvolve Mondi Academy into a modern, scalable and digital-first learning ecosystem.\n\nChampion a culture of continuous learning, capability building and innovation across the organisation.\n\nDesign, continuously improve and programme manage our signature learning courses globally\n\nShape Mondi's skills agenda by connecting learning with Job Architecture, career pathways and future capability needs.\n\nPartner with business leaders to identify critical skills gaps and translate them into impactful learning solutions aligned with our 70/20/10 model.\n\nEnsure leadership, expert and functional development programmes support long-term business priorities.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on learning, talent and organisational capability.\n\nBuild strong partnerships across HR, Functional Academies and the business to embed learning into everyday performance.\n\nDrive collaboration and best-practice sharing across Mondi's global learning community.\n\nOwn the end-to-end global learning experience, ensuring high-quality, engaging and business-relevant programmes.\n\nLead Mondi's learning operations development, external partnerships and learning technologies.\n\nSupport the ongoing HR transformation agenda, including the integration of learning within the broader digital people ecosystem (LMS Successfactors).\n\nDefine success measures that demonstrate business value and organisational impact.\n\nUse learning analytics, skills data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve programmes and inform future priorities.\n\nYour Profile:\nBachelor's or Master's in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.\n\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in learning and programme management roles with increasing responsibility, including at least 5 years leading a learning and development function\n\nDemonstrated experience driving learning transformation, capability building or organisational change within a complex international organisation.\n\nExperience designing and implementing global learning strategies, leadership development programmes and learning ecosystems, preferably within a lean manufacturing/IWS environment.\n\nStrong understanding of skills frameworks, capability development and the evolving future of work.\n\nExperience working with modern learning technologies, digital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple business functions.\n\nStrong project and programme management capabilities, with experience delivering complex transformation initiatives.\n\nA collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.\n\nComfortable operating in a fast-changing environment with ambiguity and competing priorities.\n\nExcellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.\n\nExperience working in an HR leadership role in publicly listed company (PLC) ideally London-listed\n\nSound knowledge of union/employee relations\n\nWillingness to travel approximately 20-40% across Europe.\n\nBenefits: Learning & Development\nGet in touch:\nWe strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
