If you are eager to work in an inspiring, dynamic environment and collaborate with like-minded people, we want to hear from you!\nABOUT THE ROLE\nAs Project Manager, you are ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget, and are defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and providing technical feasibility. Definition of the project team for each project, assigning roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.\nResponsibilities include:\nMap out project scope and dependencies across all teams \nEnsure resource availability and allocation for the project \nDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress \nCoordinate and manage internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring deliverables are available on time \nManage the implementation of the plan with a focus on the quality of delivery \nManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques \nMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques \nRegularly report on project progress, escalating issues to management as necessary \nSuccessfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders \nPerform risk management to minimise project risks \nEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors \nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation \nClose projects with appropriate closure processes \nContribute to continued improvement in the PMO \nRequirements\n5 years of equivalent project management experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects in the IT / Telecom / Start-up/ Media space\nUniversity degree \nProven track record in leading cross-functional projects, preferably in an international environment\nExperience working with traditional IT/Technology /Telecom projects with virtual teams - agile projects are a plus \nStrong analytics understanding to build project charters that prioritise activities that deliver the biggest business impact \nStrong understanding of both business as well as technology stakeholder requirements\nExcellent knowledge of how the collaboration between Software Development, Testing, Business Analysts, and Project Management takes place in an agile work environment\nStrong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise work efficiently, and good team orientation\nExperience in gather and formulating technical and business requirements\nExcellent analytical skills (problem structuring and problem-solving), able to handle complex analyses\nExcellent JIRA and MS-Office knowledge \nLanguages: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English \nBenefits\nHybrid Office -
