Your focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting key stakeholders, and contributing to Mondi CrS’s overall competitiveness.\nYour main tasks include:\nAct as the primary liaison between various business streams to align processes, functionalities, and development activities within S/4HANA\nOversee and coordinate the mapping, optimization, and integration of processes across different streams, ensuring consistency and efficiency in S/4HANA\nTo take care of safe, secure and speak up-friendly environment\nMonitor ongoing developments, enhancements, and customizations in S/4HANA, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs\nPlan, organize, and manage agile sprints related to S/4HANA developments, ensuring clear priorities, scope, and deliverables\nCritically assess proposed developments and ideas from both business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring feasibility, value addition, and alignment with strategic goals\nFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among business units, IT teams, and external vendors to foster a cohesive development environment\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, system optimizations, and innovative solutions within the S/4HANA landscape\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of cross-stream activities, development progress, and key decision points; provide regular updates to leadership\nBe responsible for implementing the planned projects for Business Segment to ultimately support and improve the efficiency of daily operational tasks through systems and increase Mondi Corrugated Solution’s competitiveness\nClose contact with your Core Process Business Solutions Manager and other Cluster Leads about the updates, open topics, etc. and your IT counterpart\nSupport/collaboration with Master Data Specialist\nContribute to embrace an organisational culture with a strong transformational mind-set\nExample of topics you lead: Intracompany, Subcontracting, Box Erecting, Sprint Management, OTIF, Offset\nYour profile:\nAt least 3 years of experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, CRM, OMP, BW is essential requirement\nExperience as SAP key user is valuable advantage\n Project-, Change- and People Management skills are essential\nProactive approach towards information sourcing and solution driven personality\nExcellent command of English, in addition Polish/ German/ Turkish is advantage\nReadiness to travel (up to 30%)\nEssential Soft Skills:\nE2E Process thinking and capability to manage complexity\nStrong conceptual and analytical skills, mind-set and conceptual thinking\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complex topics in an understandable, accurate way\nStrong Excel skills\nTechnical interest advantageous\nWillingness to learn\nHigh level of self-motivation and strong team spirit\nEnjoy working in a dynamic and performance driven work environment\nWe want to learn from you.
