You will be building software that helps teams to assess, scope, prioritize, triage and remediate security findings.\nKey responsibilities\nWe're seeking a skilled Go (Golang) Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems using microservices architecture, as well as creating robust command-line interface (CLI) applications.\nDesign and implement efficient, scalable backend services using Go\n\nDevelop and maintain microservices-based architectures\n\nCreate and enhance command-line interface (CLI) applications for terminal use\n\nDesign and implement APIs using Protocol Buffers and GraphQL for efficient inter-service communication\n\nIntegrate with Claude to help you accomplish all the work you need to do\n\nParticipate actively in designing features in a performant, scalable way, consulting with your colleagues and making informed decisions\n\nFollow feature rollout procedures to ensure safe rollout\n\nCreate grafana dashboards and alerts to monitor the features you’ve rolled out\n\nOptimize existing codebases for improved performance and reliability\n\nImplement systems for load balancing, fault tolerance, and scalability\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with frontend applications and CLI tools\n\nDevelop robust error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions\n\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments\n\nBe clear about your working hours so we know when we can reach you\n\nRepresent Mondoo at community events as preferred\n\nThe numbers: on average, we’re merging ~200 PRs per week, releasing ~15 times a week.
