You'll shape how design shows up across a product that protects some of the world's most critical systems - and how our team builds it.\nWhat You’ll Achieve:\nChampion our design principles in all of your work.\n\nExplore broadly before converging. Diverge on layout, structure, and approach - then pick a direction and commit\n\nLead design on core platform initiatives from concept through craft\n\nTranslate dense technical workflows into experiences humans can actually understand\n\nPartner with engineers to prototype real interactions - in code, not just clickable Figma\n\nBuild and extend our design system in production, using tools like Claude Code alongside engineering\n\nChallenge the conventional answer when it isn't the right one. Quietly, with better work\n\nRaise the bar for the whole team through what you ship\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nSolid product design experience, ideally with time spent at early-stage or fast-moving startups where you had tons of ownership.\n\nA considered portfolio with zoomed-in detail and zoomed-out strategy.\n\nCraft obsession: Strong command of design foundations like typography, space, color theory, as well as UX clarity, and micro-interaction care.\n\nComfort prototyping with code. You're not afraid to open a terminal, work next to engineers, or use AI tooling like Claude Code to ship real components\n\nA bias toward building. You don't think the design is done when the Figma is\n\nStrong inclination toward collaboration, comfort operating independently and remotely\n\nThe ability to tell stories, and push past the obvious\n\nExperience designing for technical audiences a plus (developers, security engineers, DevOps)\n\nFigma mastery. It's our tool of choice, but increasingly not the only one\n\nSpeak the web. Read HTML and CSS without flinching. Inspect and edit a page comfortably. If you can write some, even better.
