This role works out of our Pittsfield, MA office, elevating the level of service advisors deliver through day-to-day client operations and administrative support.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nThe Client Experience Coordinator plays an important role in setting the tone for Moneco. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of the office and creating a standout experience for clients and team members. \nClient Experience\nManage the company phone line, directing calls to necessary team members.\nElevate the client experience by greeting all visitors.\nMaintain a high standard for office appearance.\nManage client birthday cards, gifts, gift certificates and annual holiday gifts.\nOffice Administration \nOrder all stationery, office supplies and breakroom supplies.\nCoordinate on behalf of the firm with key vendors.\nMaintain key office systems, including mail, files, postage, bank/client deposits and calendars.\nProactively anticipate office needs, ensuring workspaces are well-maintained, stocked, and operating efficiently.\nClient Service Administration\nAssist with account openings, transfers, money movement, and account maintenance.\nCoordinate workflows to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.\nFollow established service workflows and document compliance steps.\nParticipate in team learning sessions and shadowing opportunities.\nTeam Experience \nCoordinate team lunches, meetings and gatherings.\nAssist teams with scheduling client appointments.\nSupport updates to Moneco Intranet home page.\nHR Support\nSupport interview scheduling and onboarding for candidates and new hires.\nProcess and scheduling support during quarterly review process.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbove average skill with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) is required.\nExperience with Google Calendar\n2 or more years’ experience in an administrative role or office management.\nExperience with a CRM system is a plus.\nExperience working in the financial industry is a plus.\nExcellent attitude and genuine interest in serving clients, internally & externally.\nAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise and anticipate needs.\nSuperior phone skills- friendly and helpful in all interactions.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task.\nWillingness to act as an ambassador for the firm to our clients as well as others in the local community.\nWhy Join Moneco Advisors?\nThis is a unique opportunity to be creative, solve problems, and see the direct impact that personal financial planning has on clients’ lives.
