Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.\nYour Moneris Career - What you'll do\nOwn the end-to-end product launch strategy and execution across the product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, deployment, and first transaction. Deliver planned releases and roadmaps on budget and within scope while achieving defined benefits and OKR success metrics.\nPartner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify, track, communicate, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the commercialization process.\nContribute to product strategy development in partnership with Product Strategy and Product Owners, aligning commercialization plans with business objectives.\nSupport market intelligence and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities that inform successful product launches.\nMonitor product launch performance and feedback, applying insights to continuously improve commercialization strategies and delivery outcomes.\nLead end-to-end execution of small to medium-sized products, solutions, or features, escalating complex challenges and seeking guidance as required.\nCoordinate and manage the commercialization process for new products, features, and enhancements, ensuring readiness across all stages of launch.\nManage key product lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, testing, pilot programs, user acceptance testing, feature introductions, and launch execution.\nFoster collaborative relationships across product, technology, operations, and business teams to support successful product delivery and commercialization outcomes.\nYour Moneris Career - What you bring\nRequired skills and experience\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.\nMinimum 4 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, product management, SaaS project management, or a related discipline.\n4 years of experience using Jira, Confluence, and Visio.\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies, practices, tools, and processes.\nExperience in strategic planning, project lifecycle management, portfolio management, compliance, and change management.\nExperience developing and managing product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and communicating plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.\nKnowledge of product management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and techniques.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.\nExperience that would set you apart\nExperience in payment systems and the merchant acquiring industry.\nYour Moneris Career - What you get\nAt Moneris, we believe in empowering you to succeed-personally and professionally.
