Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.\nYour Moneris Career - What you'll do\nLead the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of Workday modules, serving as a subject matter expert for the platform.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to ensure Workday is configured to support business processes, requirements, and organizational objectives.\n\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions that enhance Workday functionality and user experience.\n\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system, application, and integration issues.\n\nMaintain HR data integrity by implementing validation controls, monitoring data quality, and supporting operational reporting needs.\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements involving HR technology and participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive business change.\n\nDevelop and deliver Workday training and user support resources to promote adoption and effective system use.\n\nCreate custom reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making and provide meaningful insights to HR leadership.\n\nCollaborate with internal IT teams on complex technical solutions, integrations, and recurring system requirements.\n\nProvide technical leadership through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing to support team growth and the development of scalable solutions.\n\nYour Moneris Career - What you bring\nRequired skills and experience\nMinimum 4 years of experience supporting Workday HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting, Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.\n\nCompleted post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.\n\nExperience contributing to the successful delivery of HR technology projects.\n\nExperience that would set you apart\nExperience with Workday integrations.\n\nExperience in project management and change management.\n\nEquivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.\n\nYour Moneris Career - What you get\nAt Moneris, we believe in empowering you to succeed-personally and professionally.
