The role acts as the key interface between clients and the dealing team, ensuring efficient execution of FX transactions and high-quality client service.\nThis position works closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure full adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal policies. The role requires a strong understanding of Monex products and the regulatory environment to ensure solutions are delivered in the best long-term interests of clients, while maintaining fair and compliant outcomes for both the client and the firm.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and grow relationships with existing client accounts to maximise revenue and retention\nProspect and acquire new clients through outbound sales activity and networking\nServe as the primary liaison between clients and the internal dealing team\nMaintain a strong understanding of Monex FX products and solutions\nEnsure all client activity is conducted in line with regulatory and compliance requirements\nWork closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations\nMaintain accurate records of client activity, pipelines, and forecasts within CRM systems\nStay informed on market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes\nContribute to the delivery of fair client outcomes and long-term relationship value\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nExperience in FX sales, financial services sales, or a related client-facing financial role\nStrong understanding of FX products and financial markets\nProven ability to manage client relationships and generate new business\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills\nStrong commercial awareness and ability to identify sales opportunities\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment\nStrong attention to detail and adherence to compliance requirements\nAdditional Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred\nExperience using CRM systems and sales
