increasingly complex financial landscape.\nKey Responsibilities\nCore Banking Product Ownership\nOwn the vision, strategy and roadmap for the core banking platform and its ecosystem.\n\nAct as Product Owner for one of Mambu, Thought Machine or Engine by Starling (or equivalent modern core banking platform).\n\nDefine target operating models, functional scope, productconfigurationand extension strategy.\n\nManage product configuration versus custom build decisions, ensuring regulatory and commercial alignment.\n\nNeo -Bank/ Greenfield Delivery\nLead core banking product workstreams fornew-bankor regulated platform creation,migrationor major transformation.\n\nSupport licence applications, mobilisation phases and regulator readiness activities whererequired.\n\nPartner with Architecture and Engineering to design scalable,API-first,cloud-nativesolutions.\n\nRegulatory & Compliance Engagement\nWork directly with regulators (e.g. ECB, local national regulators) on platform design, controls, and operational readiness.\n\nEnsure core banking capabilities support regulatory requirements including safeguarding, reconciliation, reporting,auditabilityand resilience.\n\nCollaborate closely with Compliance, Risk and Financial Crime teams to embed controls by design.\n\nDelivery & Stakeholder Management\nTranslate business,regulatoryand operational requirements into clear product backlogs and priorities.\n\nWork closely with engineering teams using agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).\n\nOwn senior stakeholder communication across Technology, Operations, Finance and Executive leadership.\n\nRun &Operate\nOwn the product in production, including reliability, resilience,performanceand vendor management.\n\nEnsureappropriate monitoring, incident management and change governance for a regulated environment.\n\nSupport business continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience obligations related to the platform.\n\nJob Specifications\nEssential:\n5-10+ years’ experience in Product Management(or similar roles), with significant tenure in regulated financial services.\n\nHands-onproduct ownership ofat least one modern core banking platform e.g.Mambu,Thought MachineoriGCBeMaCH.ai\n\nDirect experience supportingneo -bankcreation, bankre -platforming, or greenfield regulated environments.\n\nDemonstrable experience workingdirectly with financial regulators during platform design,approvalor mobilisation.\n\nStrong understanding of payments, accounts, ledgers, interest,feesand settlement concepts.\n\nExperience delivering complex platforms across multiplejurisdictions.\n\nDesirable:\nExperience withinEU-regulatedbanking or payments institutions.\n\nExposure to safeguarding, prudentialreportingand operational resilience frameworks.\n\nExperience working withcloud-nativeplatforms (Azure preferred).\n\nCore Skills & Competencies\nCore Banking Expertise:
