\nDevelop B2B applications from scratch, handling massive datasets.\nDesign complex and scalable architectures, including integrations with external systems via APIs.\nMonitor systems and quickly resolve production failures or abnormalities.\nEnhance and optimise CI/CD pipelines for faster, safer product delivery.\nIntroduce new tools, systems, and development cultures for improved team efficiency.\nBuild fundamental technical skills of team members and guide them through best practices.\nLead an engineering team of 7+ members using Agile/Scrum methodologies and processes.\n\nRequirements: \n8+ years of experience in backend development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Golang.\nSolid understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices.\nStrong expertise in MySQL or PostgreSQL, including performance tuning.\nExperience designing complex system architectures with external API integrations.\nKnowledge of application performance monitoring and optimisation.\nExperience with automation testing and end-to-end (E2E) testing.\nStrong understanding of web security best practices.\nPractical experience with CI/CD, Docker, and AWS.\nHands-on experience managing services in production.\nExperience with frontend technologies (TypeScript, ReactJS/VueJS).\nGood English verbal communication skills.\nProven experience leading projects and engineering teams successfully.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability.\nAbility to design and review technical architecture, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor
