(Legge 68/99) are more than welcome!\nAbout the role\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Middle Office Analyst to support our new trading team.\nMain responsibilities:\nTrading/Execution\nAssist with order routing, monitoring, and execution across Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) and Execution-Only (XO) business lines.\nProvide trading desk coverage and order execution support during team holidays and peak trading windows.\nAssist in monitoring execution quality, preparing Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) reports, and assembling board packs for the Best Execution Committee.\nSupport ad-hoc reporting requests for internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport the setup and instrument onboarding processes for new financial products. \nUtilise internal Python and SQL tools to monitor trading activity and resolve complex client execution inquiries. \nMaintain daily operational communication with market counterparties, brokers, and custodians. \nMiddle Office, Treasury & Settlements\nFacilitate daily trade matching, affirmation, and settlement instruction dispatch to custodians.\nExecute daily treasury operations, including bank payment processing, liquidity transfers, and ledger maintenance.\nProactively investigate and resolve daily cash, stock, and position reconciliation breaks with back-office teams.\nMonitor trade settlement status and liaise directly with counterparties to resolve failed trades or operational exceptions.\nTrack and manage corporate action notifications to ensure accurate position adjustments in client accounts.\nAssist back-office teams with trade-related calculations and adjustments.\nRequirements\nEducation & Technical Skills\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, scientific, or financial discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance).\nGood understanding of functioning of financial markets\nGood knowledge of ETFs\nAdvanced MS Excel skills (data manipulation, financial modeling formulas).\nWorking knowledge or academic experience in Python and SQL for data analysis and scripting.\nExposure to financial market data terminals (Bloomberg Terminal or Refinitiv/Eikon) is advantageous.\nCompetencies & Mindset\nExceptional attention to detail and strong operational risk awareness when handling financial transfers.\nStrong numerical aptitude and logical problem-solving skills.\nClear communication skills for effective stakeholder management across front, middle, and back-office teams. \nProactive interest in automating operational workflows using technical scripting.\nFluent in English\nBased in Milan or London\nLevel & Compensation:\nWe will apply CCNL Credito with a estimated base salary (RAL) for this role ranges
