If you are a builder with a tilt for future-proof solutions, we want to hear from you.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the design, implementation, and maintenance of data infrastructure for ingestion, orchestration, and transformation.\nBuild and maintain Moneyfarm’s analytical data models, ensuring they are performant, scalable, and reliable.\nContribute to the incremental decommissioning of legacy components while ensuring data continuity for the business.\nContribute to AI powered capabilities of Moneyfarm’s Data Platform.\nShare best practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing, supporting the growth of the team.\nWork closely with analysts, software engineers, and product teams to solve complex data problems and deploy ML/AI applications.\nBring positive impact to Moneyfarm data culture by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices\nRequirements\n5+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering roles\nBSc or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline\nExperience in fintech / wealth management\nSkills\nDeep proficiency in SQL and Python\nMeaningful experience with Airflow and DBT\nStrong experience with Redshift (BigQuery is a plus)\nExperience with AWS and familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)\nComfortable integrating AI tooling in daily work\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills, also with non technical stakeholders\nAbility to translate business requirements into well-designed data solutions\nComfortable working in iterative environments balancing quality and delivery\nFluency in English is essential (most stakeholders are UK based).\nThis role can be based in our offices in Milan or Cagliari.\nFor this role, please upload your CV in English.\nLevel & Compensation:\nWe apply CCNL Credito and based on candidate's experience and skills, we will assign the title of Senior Data Engineer.\nSalary range: €45,000 -
