conversion, and productivity KPIs. \nManagement Lead, coach, and develop telesales team leaders and representatives, establishing clear performance expectations and building a high-performance, target-driven culture. \nOptimization Monitor and analyze sales results, conversion rates, and productivity metrics to identify performance gaps, implement improvement plans, and optimize team effectiveness. \nEnsure adherence to approved sales processes, customer communication standards, quality requirements, and applicable compliance policies across all telesales activities. \nManagement Oversee workforce planning, capacity allocation, and operational performance to ensure appropriate team coverage, efficient resource utilization, and achievement of service and sales objectives. \nAnalyze sales performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives that improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. \nGrowth Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Happiness, and other relevant teams to execute sales campaigns, support product launches, improve sales processes, and contribute to business growth. \n\nKey Qualifications\nStrong experience (6-8 years) in telesales, outbound sales, or contact center operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role. \nProven experience managing telesales teams and achieving sales targets in a high-volume, target-driven environment. \nStrong expertise in sales strategy execution, conversion optimization, sales coaching, and performance management. \nStrong understanding of sales KPIs, including conversion rates, productivity, lead-to-sale ratios, and revenue performance. \nGood knowledge of CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and performance analytics. \nStrong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, customer relationship management, and sales quality standards. \nProven capability in workforce planning, capacity management, and operational performance optimization. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. \nExcellent leadership,
