We are seeking an Implementation Coordinator. This role is responsible for executing and managing onboarding workflows for partner applications and existing partner modifications. This role ensures that applications progress efficiently through automated due diligence and partner configuration processes, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational discipline. \nWhat you will get to do:\nWorkflow Execution & Monitoring\nExecute end-to-end onboarding workflows for assigned partners, ensuring timely progression through each stage\nMonitor application status across systems and proactively address delays or bottlenecks\nEnsure all required steps are completed in accordance with defined processes and SLAs\nMonitor performance of new partners through established timeline\n\nAutomation & System Interaction\nUtilize automated tools for due diligence, validation, and partner configuration setup\nReview system outputs for completeness and accuracy, identifying exceptions or discrepancies\nTrigger appropriate workflows and actions based on system results\n\nData Accuracy & Documentation\nValidate partner information and ensure data integrity across platforms\nMaintain complete and audit-ready documentation aligned with compliance requirements\nEnsure all onboarding records are properly captured within internal systems\n\nIssue Identification & Escalation\nIdentify missing information, inconsistencies, or process breakdowns\nEscalate issues to senior team members with clear context and supporting details\nSupport resolution of workflow blockers to maintain onboarding momentum\n\nOperational Support\nCollaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Credit, Treasury) to support onboarding activities\nContribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWho you are: \nEducation\nBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, compliance, or technical fields.\nExperience\n1+ years of experience in operations, onboarding, or financial services (preferred)\nExperience in payments, fintech, or remittance environments is a plus\nFamiliarity with workflow tools, CRM systems, or onboarding platforms\n\nKey Skills\nBilingual fluency required, including professional-level English communication (written and verbal).\nStrong operational judgment and problem-solving skills\nAbility to make decisions within structured guidelines\nHigh attention to detail and data accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment\nEffective communication and stakeholder coordination skills\nComfort working with automated systems and interpreting system
