As a Solution Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the merchant experience to drive success.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDesign the end-to-end payments journey for each merchant, from current-state analysis to future-state architecture, often involving complex third-party integrations\n\nLead strategy sessions with customers to understand their business objectives and recommend scalable, efficient solutions\n\nOwn the technical integration process—from API and SDK testing to guiding merchants through onboarding and implementation best practices\n\nAdvise merchants on optimizing their payment stack—covering areas like checkout UX, authentication, payment flows, and payouts\n\nCreate and maintain technical docs, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guides\n\nBuild or recommend tooling to improve and scale the integration process\n\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth merchant experience and surface product feedback\n\nTravel to customer sites when needed for hands-on technical support and implementation\n\nYou’ll Be Great for This Role If You\nHave 5+ years of experience leading technical implementations with APIs and SDKs\n\nHave a background in fintech, especially payments\n\nHave a strong grasp of complex API architectures and have developed applications\n\nCan confidently break down complex integration challenges and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nHave a strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes and business value for customers\n\nDemonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders and frontline teams\n\nKnow how to run effective customer meetings and discovery workshops\n\nAre organized, able to manage multiple merchants at once, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment\n\nAre fluent in English, (Arabic is a plus)\n\nYour First 90 DaysYour first 90 days are designed to get you confidently working with our product, customers, and technical solutions.
