If yes, then this role may be for you!\nMoneythor is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Sr. Finance & Operations Manager, with professional accounting credentials, who will report into our Chief Operating Officer. This is a critical single contributor role that owns finance across our entities in Singapore, UAE, and Japan, along with payroll, HR administration and day-to-day operations for our global team. You will prepare the budget, forecasts and monthly reporting, providing accurate and timely numbers to help guide the leadership team. You will also be the go-to person for how things get done at Moneythor. This role is based in Singapore where Moneythor follows a hybrid work model that is a mix of remote and in-office work.\nResponsibilities:\nFinance & accounting\nEnd-to-end accounting and month-end close for all Moneythor entities in Xero, across multiple currencies, including intercompany\nBilling, collections and revenue recognition (IFRS 15) across licence, usage-based and professional services fees\nAccounts payable, payment runs, cash management and sales commissions\nDesign, implementation and monitoring of financial systems and controls globally\nBudgeting, forecasting & reporting\nAnnual budget, monthly rolling forecast and budget vs. actual analysis\nMonthly management accounts, ExCo pack and investor reporting\nFinancial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and corporate transactions\nAudit, tax & corporate secretarial\nOwnership of the annual statutory audit and financial statements\nCorporate tax and GST filings, coordinating with tax agents in each jurisdiction\nCorporate secretarial and statutory compliance for all entities\nPayroll, people & operations\nPayroll across Singapore, the UAE and our Employer of Record (EOR) countries\nHR administration, including onboarding, policy and benefits questions, UAE visas and medical insurance\nKeep the business running day to day, from travel and our annual summit to office and vendor management\nProcess improvement and system implementation, including Salesforce administration\nAbout you:\nAt least 7 years work experience in accountancy or related field\n'Big 4' experience highly preferred\nCPA/CA/ACCA professional qualification is a must\nAdditional in-house finance or accounting experience is an asset\nSound knowledge of financial accounting standards (SFRS(I)/IFRS, particularly IFRS 15), taxation, and relevant statutory requirements\nMulti-entity, multi-currency experience across more than one jurisdiction\nHands-on experience with Singapore statutory compliance (ACRA, IRAS, CPF)\nExperience running payroll and HR administration, ideally across more than one country\nIs flexible and can multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced
