Customer Support Representative

Supervising classes.
Compiling reports accurately and efficiently.
Creating student grade reports.
Filing student reports and other documents.
Ordering new supplies of items including stationery.
Answering the phone.
Dealing with queries and complaints.
Taking messages for teachers.
Greeting parents and other individuals who arrive at the school.
Providing visitors/students/parents with -an appropriate orientation about the school.
Updating records that relate to both student and staff members

Work Conditions:
From 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. (Winter timing)
From 1:00 pm to 9:00pm. (Summer timing)
Fridays are off, in addition to the last 3 days of each month.
Location: Tharwat - Alexandria
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in customer service or relevant field from 3 to 4 years.
Good sales experience.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Especially word and Excel).
Excellent typing speed for both Arabic and English.
Excellent accuracy in typing.
Outstanding Communication & Negotiation Skills.
Alexandria Residents only.
Good command in English is a must.
