implement corrective action plans.\n\nEnsure effective lead management, follow-ups, and CRM utilization.\n\nCollaborate with Marketing and other departments to improve lead conversion rates and customer acquisition.\n\nPrepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.\n\nMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nProven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.\n\nStrong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.\n\nSolid understanding of sales KPIs, conversion rates, and performance metrics.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.\n\nExperience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.\n\nGood command of English.\n\nPrevious experience in EdTech, educational services, or B2C sales is
