The team includes Transaction Management and Project Management functions, working closely with Legal, Procurement, FP&A, and Workplace/IT partners.\nLead all aspects of the real estate transactional and operational process within the India / Asia Pac region including but not limited to; the development of real estate strategy, defining & optimizing space requirements, site selection, negotiations, improvements and property management.\nWe are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram and Bengaluru for our hybrid working model.\nRequirements for the Role\nGeographic coverage: focus on Asia Pacific / India Region with transaction support to MongoDB Real Estate (RE) team on global Flex office transactions\n3+ years of Corporate Real Estate transaction/portfolio management experience with MNC\nExperience influencing and driving results through external partners including leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects.\nExperience in financial analysis and modelling\nExperience applying AI tools to real estate portfolio management and reporting (e.g. AI-assisted lease abstraction, portfolio analytics, forecasting, or reporting/dashboard automation) strongly preferred\nFluency in English required, strong written and verbal communication skills\nAnalytical in approach. Process and detail-oriented\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills\nAbility to lead and drive change and operate across the region\nDemonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a heavy workload with changing requirements.\nAbility to engage with and influence senior stakeholders and local business leaders\nSolid organizational skills\nResponsibilities:\nExecute on Asia Pacific / India flex real estate plans to deliver on key RE portfolio metrics\nSupport Global Transactions Lead on Flex office transactions in EMEA and Americas\nPartner with internal functions (Procurement, Legal, IT, AV, Security, ESG) and external RE providers for transaction, and project management to ensure the successful execution of real estate strategies and enable the businesses to meet their objectives.\nDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with senior management in the business across Asia Pac / India region striving to provide excellent customer service in all the aspects of delivery from the RE team.\nManage the integrity of data across the region to enable proactive portfolio management and optimize use of property assets across the region, exploiting cost and space reduction opportunities.\nSupport Global Transactions RE lead on strategic regional global portfolio analysis, planning & reporting including lease administration, environmental data and insurance.\nApply AI-driven tools and automation to improve portfolio reporting, data analysis, and decision-making across the regional real estate portfolio.\nApply knowledge of best practices within the real estate industry and conduct all property-related activities in line with corporate policy and procedures.\nCollaborate with external partners including leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects ensuring clear accountability and obtaining results.\nDaily interface with senior leaders within the business to establish their requirements, determine real estate strategies and report on progress.\nClosely work with the Global Transactions Lead to ensure a robust and optimized transaction plan for the site and collaborate with internal Client functions to drive project planning and execution.\nPrepare the business cases and documents for submissions\nAbout MongoDB\nMongoDB is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market.
