We are backed by leading investors and our founders bring significant experience to our company (more here).\nWe are early, the upside is enormous, and the hardest, but also the most rewarding work is ahead of us.\nThe role\nWe’re looking for a Growth Associate to help build and scale our growth engine.\nYou’ll work closely with our GTM team across marketing, sales, operations, and technology. Your work will span campaign execution, growth experiments, funnel analysis, CRM and process improvement, and lightweight infrastructure that helps the team move faster.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone analytical, highly organized, and comfortable turning ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.\nIn this role you will\nSupport the planning, execution, and measurement of growth campaigns.\n\nBuild and maintain dashboards tracking acquisition, activation, conversion, and pipeline metrics.\n\nRun growth experiments across channels, messaging, landing pages, lifecycle, and outbound.\n\nImprove CRM data quality, workflows, routing, reporting, and documentation.\n\nBuild lightweight systems and automations that reduce manual GTM work.\n\nResearch prospects, segments, channels, and competitive opportunities.\n\nPartner with Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations on growth initiatives.\n\nTurn performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.\n\nCreate repeatable playbooks for campaigns, experiments, and GTM processes.\n\nHandle the operational details that keep growth projects moving.\n\nWho you are\n1-3 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales operations, consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent written communication and attention to detail.\n\nComfort working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, dashboards, and basic automation tools.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and follow through independently.\n\nCuriosity about how products grow and how GTM systems work.\n\nComfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.\n\nBias to action.
