The upside is enormous, and the hardest work is ahead of us.\nThe role\nWe are looking for a GTM Engineer to own revenue outcomes end to end and build systems to generate pipeline.\nThis could mean building account scoring and enrichment workflows, launching new outbound experiments, automating research and prospecting, improving our GTM systems, or analyzing conversion data to figure out what to do next.\nWho you are\n1+ years at a top-tier management consultancy or investment bank, or in a comparable high-ownership GTM, growth, strategy, or operating role\n\nStrong analytical and structured thinking. You can take an ambiguous problem, break it into pieces, form a hypothesis, and get to an answer\n\nHigh agency and resilience. You own the outcome, manage scope, and keep pushing until the job is done\n\nYou do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be willing to learn and contribute to our GTM repository\n\nBias to action. AR is huge, ignored, and ready to be rebuilt. We are early, and the surface area is enormous\n\n$T+ market and max EV from a single AR wedge\n\nNo clear winner has emerged. It can be us\n\nInsulated from labs. AR requires deep integrations and a bespoke last mile that general-purpose models are unlikely to solve on their own\n\nA hard problem worth solving.
