notice.\n\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\n\nDaily IT Operations\n\nMaintain and monitor front desk workstations, point-of-sale terminals, and staff devices to ensure uptime during shifts.\n\nManage guest Wi-Fi access and performance, including account setup and basic bandwidth troubleshooting.\n\nPerform routine backups and verify data integrity for booking and shift records.\n\nKeep inventory and lifecycle records for hardware and software.\n\nSupport & Service Management\n\nProvide first-line helpdesk support to staff both in-person and remotely using ticketing or messaging tools.\n\nDiagnose common hardware and software faults and escalate complex issues to vendors or senior IT when needed.\n\nInstall and configure standard software, user accounts, and permissions on Windows and macOS devices.\n\nDocument fixes and maintain a simple knowledge base for recurring issues.\n\nSecurity & Maintenance\n\nApply security updates and patches for servers, POS machines, and endpoints on a regular schedule.\n\nMonitor basic network health, manage firewall rules, and liaise with ISP or managed service providers for outages.\n\nAssist with access control and credential management to protect guest and company data.\n\nConduct periodic checks on backups, antivirus, and system logs to detect anomalies.\n\nRequirements\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nMinimum 2 years of hands-on IT support or technical operations experience, preferably in hospitality or retail environments.\n\nDiploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.\n\nComfortable working in a small team where you take practical ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.\n\nHard Skills & Knowledge\n\nProven knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.\n\nExperience with IT Service Management practices and common ticketing workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with IT Security basics such as patching, antivirus, and user access controls.\n\nHands-on experience with Windows, Office 365, basic networking, and POS or reservation systems is highly valued.\n\nSoft Skills & Qualities\n\nCommunicate clearly with non-technical staff and explain fixes in simple terms.\n\nWork calmly under pressure, especially during peak service periods and events.\n\nShow initiative to
