If you are keen to work as part of a global team to produce integrated creative work for world-class brands, this job represents the sweet spot. You will help drive impactful digital-first campaigns and build close-knit relationships across both internal and external teams.\nResponsibilities:\nRun several small to medium-sized parallel projects across print, video, social, and digital touchpoints.\nSteer projects and teams with care, organization, and confidence.\nLiaise with media agencies and external partners to align on fully integrated campaigns.\nManage day-to-day operations by briefing creative, legal, production, and language and culture teams.\nEnsure internal and client teams are clear on project specs, deadlines, scope, and local market requirements.\nSource assets from client digital asset management systems, log usage rights, and organize project files.\nBuild trusted working relationships both internally and externally.\nAbout You\nThe essentials:\n1+ years of experience coordinating projects as a Junior PM or Account Executive within an advertising or agency environment.\nStrong and clear written and spoken communication skills in English and Italian.\nProactive and direct communication style when working with cross-cultural teams.\nClear sense of urgency with a problem-solving mindset.\nStrong team player who is self-motivated and brings a positive attitude.\nComfortable asking constructive questions to drive project quality.\nOpen to feedback and proactive about personal and professional growth.\nResilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nNot a must, but a plus:\nExperience working on integrated campaigns that combine traditional print with digital media assets.\nAt Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
