Working alongside a global collective of Monks, you will drive diverse projects across social and digital channels, video, print and OOH bringing visionary ideas to life in a fast-paced setting. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work, building trusted relationships with clients, and steering cross-functional production teams with care and efficiency.\nResponsibilities:\nOrganise and manage several small to medium-sized parallel projects across print, video, social, and digital touchpoints from start to finish.\nSteer cross-functional teams - including creative, legal, production, and language & culture experts - ensuring everyone is aligned on deliverables, timelines, specs, and local market requirements.\nLiaise with media agencies and external partners to ensure all campaign assets align seamlessly across every channel.\nManage project resources by sourcing client assets and maintaining clear project documentation for production teams.\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with internal team members and external client stakeholders.\nIdentify and resolve potential risks early, bringing a proactive problem-solving mindset to daily project workflows.\nAbout You\nThe essentials:\nExperience: 5+ years of experience managing or coordinating integrated projects in an advertising agency or fast-growing environment.\nLanguages: Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian.\nCommunication: Clear, direct, and empathetic communication style across cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams.\nProject Drive: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, quality design, and project accuracy.\nProblem Solver: A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency that addresses issues before they develop.\nMindset: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and comfortable adapting within a fast-moving, collaborative environment.\nNot a must, but a plus:\nExperience using digital asset management platforms and multi-market production workflows.\nFamiliarity with cross-media production setups spanning digital, social, video, and print streams.\nAt Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
