You understand how creator profiles, content and communities grow, and you can turn platform behavior, cultural signals and performance data into a clear strategic direction for influencers profiles and their brand campaigns.\nYou will own the social strategy behind influencer and creator programs: defining how profiles should evolve, how content can perform better, and which organic engagement tactics can build active, sustainable communities. You will develop social-first campaigns and always-on recommendations that connect brand objectives with audience needs, creator strengths and platform-native behavior across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.\nRole focus: This is a strategy role, not a talent outreach or profile project-management role.
